*30 Days Return Warranty

We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control but to provide you with maximum peace of mind we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you. (If an engraved or monogrammed item was received faulty, please contact us to rectify this.)

  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

  • Gift cards

- All the exchange or refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) at our international return center in Shanghai, China.

If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at service@vernilla.com

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

  1. Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
  2. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days
  3. Please do not send items to the address on the package received; A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

II . RETURN POLICY

  1. You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
  2. We're unable to accept returns on engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.(If an engraved or monogrammed item was received faulty, please contact us to rectify this.)
  3. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received since our US warehouse do not have return/exchange function, you need to return it to our warehouse in Shanghai.
  4. For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a 10%-20% coupon on next order.
    1. Don't like the item;
    2. Not fit as expected without any quality problem;
    3. Shipping status shows delivered but not received;
    4. Differences/misunderstanding (on products/material) but has already claimed in our description/title;
    5. Placed a wrong order mistakenly and shipped.
  5. No exchange or return on last chance products.
  6. Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.

III . EXCHANGE

  • You are guaranteed to obtain an exchange once we have received your return.

  1. Vernilla.com is not liable for return shipping fees.

Ⅴ . ORDER CANCELLATION

  • We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped, otherwise, you will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase because we will charge 5% cancellation fee. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.
